The service

ChatGPT visibility, done for you

Exactly what we build, where it lives, how it works, and what you keep if you leave. Including the parts that are not what you might expect.

We make your business easy for AI assistants to find, understand and quote accurately. That means clear writing in customer language, consistent details across the places that matter, and ongoing upkeep as your prices and hours change.

We build a private ChatGPT plugin for your business. It contains your real prices, hours, fleet and policies — built from the business profile you approve — so an assistant answers from your information instead of guessing from an old page. We submit it through OpenAI’s review process. What no plugin can do — ours or anyone else’s — is make ChatGPT recommend you to other people. Plugin approval does not put your business in other people’s answers, and we do not claim it does.

What we actually build

Being precise matters here, because this industry is full of vague promises. Here is the real list.

First
A baseline check
We test 20–30 real customer questions in your category and record exactly what ChatGPT says about your business today — named, unnamed, or described wrongly.
Then
A written business profile
Plain sentences stating what you sell, for whom, and where — written in the words your customers use, in the language they use.
Then
Everything in one place
Your name, area, hours and prices gathered into one set of information the plugin answers from — instead of being pieced together from scattered pages.
Then
Your own check
Ask ChatGPT about your business before we start, then again once the plugin is live. You see the difference yourself — we do not ask you to take our word for it.
Ongoing
Monthly maintenance
Prices, hours, seasonal changes and new services: tell us and we rebuild the plugin, test it again and resubmit it for review.
Ongoing
A person to contact
When something is wrong or a customer quotes an outdated answer, you tell us and we fix the source.

How it works, step by step

From first check to live profile

1
Free check (24 hours)You send your business name and website. We test the questions your customers ask and send you what ChatGPT says today.
2
We quote youBased on how much needs fixing. You see the number before committing to anything, and there is no obligation.
3
You answer a short questionnaireServices, area, hours, prices, languages. About twenty minutes of your time — that is the whole ask.
4
We write and correctWe draft the profile and fix the inconsistencies in your listings. You review it.
5
You approve, then it goes liveYou check we have got it right. Nothing publishes until you say so.
6
We re-test and show youSame questions, same dates recorded, and a straight answer about whether anything moved.
7
Monthly upkeepYou tell us what changed; we update the sources and re-check the answers.

Where your information lives

A fair question, and one most providers dodge. The answer is deliberately unglamorous:

That means if you leave, your business information does not disappear with us. It was never held hostage in the first place.

What we do not do — plainly

  • We do not have a way to make ChatGPT recommend you. We build a plugin that serves your data accurately — that is a different thing, and plugin approval does not put your business in other people’s answers.
  • We do not have a special connection into ChatGPT or any insider access.
  • We cannot guarantee ChatGPT names you, or that a customer chooses you.
  • We do not sell reviews, fake listings, or paid directory placements.
  • We do not promise a timeline. Crawling takes as long as it takes.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI.

What you keep if you cancel

The written profile is yours, and so is the business information we built into the plugin.

What stops is the upkeep: when your prices or hours change, nobody rebuilds and resubmits the plugin, so it will keep repeating what was published when we last built it. That is the honest trade — you are not losing your business information, you are losing the maintenance.

Who this suits, and who it does not

It suits businesses that already have customers finding them — a restaurant, a rental company, a shop, a clinic, a hotel — where being named in an AI answer would convert into a booking or a visit.

It does not suit businesses with no web presence at all yet (you need a foundation first), or anyone expecting a guaranteed position in ChatGPT's answers. That does not exist and we will not pretend it does.

An honest expectation. Most of our work improves the odds substantially, but it competes with everyone else doing the same thing. We show you what changed and what did not. If the results are mixed, we will say so rather than show you the one favourable answer.

Start with the free check

We will tell you what ChatGPT currently says about your business, and whether it is worth paying to fix. Sometimes the answer is that you can do it yourself.

Common questions

Is this a ChatGPT app or integration?

Yes — we build a plugin. We build a private ChatGPT plugin containing your real prices, opening hours, fleet and policies, built from the business profile you approve, so an assistant answers from your information instead of guessing from a stale web page. We submit it through OpenAI's review process. What we cannot build is a way to make ChatGPT recommend you to other people — no one can, and plugin approval does not change that. That distinction is the whole product.

What do I actually receive?

Your business information taken from your website and built into a plugin, tested, and submitted for OpenAI review. Approval is decided by OpenAI and can be refused or delayed. Ongoing monthly upkeep means that when your details change we rebuild the plugin, test it again and resubmit it.

Do I own the work you produce?

Yes. The written profile and the plugin content are yours. If you cancel, you keep the text and the updated listings. The only thing that stops is the ongoing maintenance and re-checking.

Will my website have to change?

Usually not. In most cases we work with what you have. If something technical is actively blocking AI crawlers, we will tell you plainly and explain the fix rather than quietly skipping it.
