How we handle information for website visitors, plugin users and client businesses.

In one paragraph. We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your information, we do not sell reviews or placements, and we do not ask for passwords. We never see your ChatGPT conversations. When you contact us we keep your message so we can reply. When you become a client we keep the business details needed to do the work, and we delete them when you ask.

GetBizinGPT is a service provided by Caribbean Mobile Solutions, which is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

GetBizinGPT is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI.

2. What we collect and why

If you only browse this website

Page views — the page you visited, the date and time, a browser user-agent string, and a rough country. We use this to understand which pages are useful. We do not build individual profiles.
Referrer — the site or search engine that sent you here, if your browser sends it.

If you contact us

Your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message. We use these to reply and to keep a record of what was agreed.

If you become a client

Business information you provide — trading name, address, opening hours, prices, fleet or service details, policies, and the contact details you want published.
Billing information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card details on our own systems.

If you use our ChatGPT plugin

The plugin serves public information about GetBizinGPT — what the service covers, what it costs, and links. It does not read your ChatGPT conversations and we do not receive them.
Our servers may record standard technical request logs (timestamp, endpoint, response status) to keep the service working and to detect abuse. These logs do not contain your conversation content.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with providers who help us run the service:

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad trackers. We record page views on our own servers in aggregate. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in future, we will update this page first.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout, restrict access to client information to those who need it, and keep credentials out of public systems. No service can guarantee perfect security, and we will tell affected clients promptly if a breach affects their information.

11. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
