Getting started
How do I get started?
Send us your website address and tell us the business name. That is the whole first step.
We read what you already publish, check that it is complete and consistent, and come back to you before anything is built. You do not need an account, a login, or any technical setup.
What do you need from me?
Only your website address and your approval of what we found.
Every piece of information in your plugin is taken from pages you already publish, so you are never asked to send us a list of prices, hours or services. If something on your website is out of date, we will tell you and you decide what to do about it.
How it works
How does the service work?
In five steps. We read what your website already says about your business. We check it for gaps and contradictions. We build that information into a private plugin. We connect it and test it by asking the questions a real customer would ask. Then we submit it through OpenAI's review process.
When your details change, we rebuild, retest and resubmit.
What is a plugin?
A plugin is a small package of your business information in a form an AI assistant can read directly, instead of guessing from third-party listings.
It is the thing we build for you. It is private until it is approved, and it describes only what you already publish.
Why isn't my business in ChatGPT's answers?
Usually because the information an assistant can read about you is incomplete, out of date, or inconsistent between sources. One site has your name, another has your hours, a third has a price, and none of them agree.
When a general question is asked you may appear, but when the question gets specific — a price, a location, a requirement — you drop out. That gap is what we work on.
Do you touch my website?
No. We read your website and we never edit it. We never change your hosting, your theme, or your pages. Everything we build lives in the plugin, separately from your site.
If your website has a problem we notice, we will tell you — but fixing it is your decision and your developer's job.
Account and approval
How long does approval take?
We do not know, and nobody outside OpenAI does. Approval is decided by OpenAI, not by us. It can take weeks, it can take longer, and it can be refused.
We will tell you honestly where your submission stands, but we will not give you a date we cannot guarantee.
What happens if my details change?
Tell us what changed. We rebuild the plugin with the new information, test it again, and resubmit it. This is part of the ongoing service, not an extra job.
It is also why we never promise that your information stays accurate on its own — it stays accurate because we update it.
Will I be recommended every time someone asks?
No, and nobody can promise that. We do not control what an AI assistant says to other people, and we cannot make it recommend you.
What we can do is make sure the information available about you is accurate, complete and consistent, so you are not left out for a reason that could have been fixed.
How do I know it worked?
You check it yourself. Before we start, ask an AI assistant about your business and keep the answer. After your plugin is approved and live, ask the same question again.
That before and after is your evidence, and it takes about thirty seconds. We would rather you verified it yourself than take a screenshot from us.
Still have a question?
Send us your website address and we will tell you what we find — before you commit to anything.
